SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

     Check system periodically for build-up of dirt and debris on evaporator and condenser

     coils. Clean surfaces as necessary with a soft brush.

     Check drain pan for excessive ice build-up and debris, keep drain line free of obstructions.

     Condenser and Evaporators may have sleeve bearing motors, if so lubricant once a year

     with SAE 20 non-detergent oil.
